The breakfast buffet offered various options. The staff, including Mr Semin Raj at the restaurant, gave excellent service. I also appreciated the complimentary high tea with food and beverages. Vaishnavi at reception was very helpful.
The room's cleanliness was not perfect. The toilets needed a more thorough cleaning.

The resort boasts easy beach access and the staff were very helpful and polite, i found. there were many activities available to keep guests engaged! i especially appreciated the complimentary high tea and the pet-friendly atmosphere. It added a lot. the swimming pool was well-kept, a definite plus.
i did notice that some restaurant services needed improvement, and food service was quite slow at times though

i found direct access to soft sands directly from the hotel to be wonderful, perfect for beach strolls. the staff's warmth and helpfulness lent a laid-back and tropical feel to the entire experience. mr sheldon serrao greeted my pets with great kindness, he told us all about what we could do together. it was indeed an unbeatable getaway, even for a short stay.
though small, the food could use greater variety and more local flair to perfectly mirror the rest of the stay.

a beautiful escape

I loved the excellent buffet. It offered many different food items. the grounds are beautiful. I enjoyed a nice room with an amazing view. the hotel provided good security for everyone entering the hotel. It gave me real peace of mind. i especially liked vishal at reception. He was warm and cute.
I did notice the restaurant service could use improvement. It sometimes felt too slow when ordering à la carte.

The high tide restaurant had attentive staff, especially semin raj. He provided good hospitality! the team were pretty good too ensure comfort for all guests. they made our last day special. This included a lovely gift for my son.

Vishal, the duty manager, has excellent customer service skills. Nothing was too much for him. satish, the housekeeping manager, was also very helpful and attentive. pradeep singh, the executive chef, seemed very cute.
